Payment is processed through PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can enter credit/debit card information through the register. All sales are final upon payment.
Orders not paid for will be cancelled. Returns or exchanges may come with additional charges. For exchanges or refunds, please contact us here. User and shopper experience is very important at Lisa Ventura Art. If there are any issues, we will try to accomodate you.
Shipping
All orders ship within 3-5 days from the date of payment.
Lisa Ventura Art is not responsible for any delays or extra custom fees that may be incurred. Should any items get lost or damaged in shipment, Lisa Ventura Art is not liable.
